If you wanted to crown anybody Queen Quirky, Paloma Faith would win hands down. She is so eccentric and fun in what she wears which really portrays her bubbly, happy personality.
Nowadays every female artist is trying to outdo one another with increasingly extravagant looks, and in my opinion Paloma Faith is leading the pack. Not because she is the most daring, or has the best creative director, or arrived at an award show in an egg, but because she isn't (or doesn't seem to be) trying to hard to make an impression, or a conscious effort to look outrageous. She gives of a vibe that she woke in the morning, opened her wardrobe and thought to herself "what fun can I have with my outfit today". She isn't trying to cause a scandal or be risque, she just wants to be creative and individual., and that is one of the many reasons I admire her
I am a big fan of not only Paloma's style, but also her music... and just her in general. She is increbibly witty and clever, and is so cute. Before she started her recording career she was a magicians assistant, an actress, a singer in a burlesque show, and life model, among others. Anyone with such a colourful CV is bound to have an equally colourful wardrobe. Also I advise you all to purchase her second album 'Fall to Grace', I haven't heard it all yet but what I have listened to is wonderful.
