from the beginning

So this is my first blog post. I’m going to give a quick overview of me, my interests, and why I have started this blog.

I'm Jessica Sarah Quail, I'm 17 and from England. I am currently at sixth form taking biology, chemistry, physics, maths and photography a levels and soon art as well.

The reason I have decided to start this blog is because I'm using it as a stepping stone that will hopefully result in a career in fashion, hopefully styling. For a long time I wanted to be a vet, as I love animals, but this December I realised that it wasn’t the right choice for me and fashion was my biggest interest and the only thing I would be content with doing for the rest of my life.

I take a lot of inspiration from punk/grunge and the 80's but on the complete flip side I adore whimsical little things like vintage ornaments and the whole 'grandma chic' trend. My sister says I dress/act like Alice in Wonderland meets Joan Jett

Outside of the world of fashion I love to read, that’s about all I do with my spare time. I’m not huge on the whole social scene due to an awkward manner and a shy temperament. Sarcasm is my biggest flaw but also my personality’s only saving grace. As stated before I love animals, and also tattoos, piercings, winter, Disney and Harry Potter (a fair warning I'm the biggest HP fan going, big enough to get the deathly hallows tattooed on my wrist)

I hope to God that you like my blog, if anybody pays it any attention, it would mean a lot to me and would help so much with my future career.

If there is anything you want to see me do like outfits of the day, reviews on collections/celebrity style/trends, my own photography work, anything, just let me know and I will see what I can do. I just want this to be a success.
